Dr. Richard Heers

Dr. Richard Heers

Dr. Richard Heers received his Bachelors Degree in Animal Science from the University of California Davis; he then graduated in 1976 from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation he worked at a veterinary practice in Gilroy for three years. He then moved to Tulare in 1979 and joined the practice at Cross Street Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Heers, and his wife Lee Ann, have three daughters. They share their home with bothsmall and large animals: two dogs, three cats, one horse, and one ewe. In his free time he enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, woodworking, and farming 12 acres of pistachios.

Dr. Heers absolutely loves his job working with dogs and cats. He and his staff work very hard to make each pet's visit as stress free and comfortable as possible. His motto is compassionate, quality care.

Lee Ann

Lee Ann Heers

Lee Ann Heers, Dr. Heers' wife, has been a veterinary assistant periodically since 1979. Working with the animals, assisting in surgery and providing TLC to all of our furry patients is her second favorite profession after being a mom to their three daughters. She enjoys camping, hiking, horseback riding, and attempting to train their dogs, Ariel & Lyla, in addition to snuggling with them and their three cats, Pippi, Phoebe & Pickles.

Morgan Korenwinder

Morgan Parriera

Morgan joined our team in 2011. She performs various duties throughout the clinic. Morgan lives in Tulare with her husband Luke. They share their home with many different animals, including a horse, cows, chickens, cats & dogs.

Tiffany Penn

Tiffany Penn

Tiffany Penn joined our team in 2001. She is the Practice Manager. Tiffany performs many duties throughout the hospital. She lives in Tulare with her husband Justin, two children and the family dog Jazzabell.

Meagan Wiley

Meagan Wiley

Meagan joined our team as a veterinary assistant in February of 2015. She has two furry Shih Tzu's named Ella and Pismo and two Parakeets. She grew up and lived most of her life in Visalia, CA. She is currently taking online courses in order to obtain her certification as a registered veterinary technician. She truly enjoys working in the field and finds her career very rewarding.

Amanda Aguiar

Amanda Aguiar

Amanda is our receptionist. She lives in Tulare with her husband Donny and two children. They share their home with five cats Ginger, Motorboat, Silly Sally, Squirt, & Tiger. They also have a hedgehog named Henry.
